Welcome to our Dungeon Master hiring service ("Service"). By booking a session, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully.

1. Overview

This Service provides professional Dungeon Master (DM) services for tabletop role-playing games. By using this website and booking sessions, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to participate.

3. Booking & Payment

  • Session fees are listed at the time of booking.

  • A booking deposit may be required if sessions are held at locations that charge usage fees. This deposit ensures reservation of the space and may be non-refundable depending on venue's terms.

  • Remaining fees are due as specified during booking.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of payment or deposit.

  • If the DM must cancel, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

5. Communication

  • Communication for scheduling and session details will occur via the contact methods provided during booking.

  • Users agree to maintain respectful and appropriate communication.

6. Conduct During Sessions

  • Players must maintain respectful behavior toward the DM and other participants.

  • Harassment, abusive behavior, or hate speech will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the session without refund.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Personal information provided for booking and communication will be used solely for the purposes of delivering the Service.

  • Information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required to facilitate payment or venue booking.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

  • The DM is not responsible for personal property loss or injury at physical venues.

  • The DM provides storytelling and game facilitation services; enjoyment of the game is subjective and not guaranteed.

9. Modifications to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
